I. General Definitions

  • Regulations - these regulations
  • Service - the internet service "aksa.pl," operating at the address https://www.aksa.pl
  • Service Provider - the company "Aksa Sp. z o.o." with its registered address at ul. Zatorska 23C 51-215 WROCŁAW, Tax ID: 8951906572, National Court Register (KRS): 0000300215,
  • Service Recipient - any natural person accessing the Service and using services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication - Communication between parties via email (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website www.

II. General Provisions

  • The regulations define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and Service Providers related to the use of the Service.
  • The subject of services provided by the Service Provider is the provision of free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of entries, articles, audiovisual materials, or internet applications and electronic forms.
  • Any potential content, articles, and information containing characteristics of guidelines or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at specific Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
  • The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the manner in which materials made available within the Service are used, including their use in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
  • The Service Provider does not provide any warranty regarding the suitability of materials placed on the Service.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. The Service Recipient using the Service's services assumes all risks associated with using the Service, particularly using and applying the information contained on the Service.

III. Terms of Service Use

  • The use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free and voluntary.
  • Service Recipients are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
  • Service Recipients cannot use any personal data obtained on the Service for marketing purposes.
  • Technical requirements for using the Service:
    • A device with a display enabling the display of websites,
    • An internet connection,
    • Any internet browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites made available in HTML5,
    • Enabled support for JavaScript scripts,
    • Enabled support for Cookie files
  • To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should adhere to generally accepted network security principles,
  • Actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited:
    • Without written consent, decompiling and analyzing source code,
    • Without written consent, causing excessive server load of the Service,
    • Without written consent, attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the Service's security and server configuration,
    • Attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software to the server and database that may damage the Service's software, other Service Recipients, or the Service Provider,
    • Attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software to the server and database that may track or steal data from Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
    • Any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the Service's operation, or preventing the Service's objectives.
  • In the event of detecting or potentially possible incidents of Cybersecurity or GDPR violation, Service Recipients should first report this to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the problem/threat and secure the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.

IV. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Servi

  • The Service provides services and tools allowing Service Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:

    • Contact phone number
  • In the event of Service Recipients contacting the Service Provider, Service Recipients' personal data will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy," which is an integral part of the Regulations.

V. Collection of Data about Service Recipients

To properly provide services by the Service, protect the Service Provider's legal interests, and ensure compliance of the Service's operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service. In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and stores some anonymous information about Service Recipients in cookie files. The scope, purposes, methods, and rules of data processing are available in the attachments to the Regulations: "RODO Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy," which are integral parts of the Regulations.

VI. Copyrights

  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and the copyrights to the Service.
  • Some of the data posted on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third-party individuals, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and is used based on obtained licenses or those based on a free license.
  • According to the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright protection, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and retain in search systems, excluding the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos, and any other content, graphic materials, videos, or audio found on the Service without written consent or consent provided through Electronic Communication by their legal owner.
  • In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright protection, simple press information, understood as information itself without the author's comment and assessment, is not subject to protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the Service but not copying the whole or part of articles unless indicated in a specific material provided on the Service.

VII. Changes to the Regulations

  • Any provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without stating reasons.
  • Changes to the Regulations come into effect immediately after their publication.
  • It is considered that any Service Recipient continuing to use the Service after the change of the Regulations accepts them in full.

VIII. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service's services are offered continuously. However, it does not assume any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Recipients, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to notify Service Recipients using the Service in advance.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service to improve it, add services, or perform maintenance without prior notice to Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in whole or in part any of its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent and the ability to express any objections by Service Recipients.
